The weekend of partying is still going on.
I lived up to my word of going to my friends improv show on Saturday, as well as a late-ish night in Brooklyn. I also got an incredibly dirty look while walking past a group of people protesting the circus/treatment of elephants by Madison Square Garden, when I quipped to my friend "You know, the worst part about elephant abuse? They never forget." The lady walking next to us was none too pleased.
Anyway, Matt Army found it incredibly funny when I retold the story to him later that night. He also approved my new band name, and we're getting dinner tonight at a Red Robin in New Jersey. I'm going to eat a hamburger with pineapple on it, and see if I can't eat an entirely Hawaiian themed meal. I'm pretty sure this'll be the one that kills me.
I was hoping to take the rest of the week easy and get all my record reviews done, as well as some other writing, and practice for some upcoming recording, but now TacocaT is playing tomorrow night, way out in Brooklyn, and I want to go because some of those songs are amazing (Jo Stock, I'm semi-looking in your direction for confirmation on this).
