"Good afternoon, this is the company I work at, how may I help you?"

"Yes, Kurt again, I got Mark's voice-mail, can you transfer me to him?"

"Well, if you were sent to his voice mail, that means he's unable to take your call right now."

"Well, maybe you can help me, see this is the situation with this order of business cards..."

"Alright, one moment please while I recieve the promotion to a position where I'm actually in charge of things like that, and not a temp that answers phones all day!"

"...and that's the thing I'm not quite sure about. Is Mark actually in today?"

"He is, actually looking at my switchboard he's on another call right now."

"Oh alright, I can call back for him."

"Are you sure you wouldn't rather leave him a voice mail?"

"No that's ok."

"Well, no, I want to talk to someone, I work for the Business Card Company and I want to get a quote figured out as soon as possible."

"Wait, you said you worked for the Business Card Company?"

"That is correct, yes."

"The same Business Card Company that, when I tried ordering business cards for someone a month ago, took almost two weeks just to send me a proof?"

"That is correct, yes."

"So you're saying, now YOU want people to quickly have things ready for YOU?"

"That is correct, yes."

"Sure, one moment please.
